Fantastic shop! Saved our bike ride for the day when I realized 1/2 mile down the path that I needed a new tire. They immediately took care of it- we were in and out in less than 15 minutes and for a much better price than what I'm used to up in Boston. Couldn't have been nicer, and I couldn't have been more thankful!

North Falmouth Bike Zone is the best!!! Alan made my sons bike ride like a dream he's super experienced and extremely thorough I highly recommend this place

We were just starting our ride on the shining Sea bike path when my wife noticed her tire had a hole in it. We were able to bike back to the beginning of the trail where we found Bike Zone. They replaced the tire in 10 minutes and we were on our way! Great service and friendly staff

We rented bikes for the day for $20 each. It came with a helmet and lock. Had to write down a credit card number in case anything happened. When we returned the bikes he ripped off that part of our contract and gave it back. We were in and out in 3 minutes. No fuss, no extras. We got what we wanted and had a great day on the trail. It closes at 5 despite what google says.

Pros - We enjoyed riding our bikes - so that's a plus. They worked; we had helmets and bike locks and the locks worked as well. Cons - Surly owners. They just are NOT customer service oriented. They're not friendly at all - they're more aloof and almost seem like we were pestering them with even basic questions. It wasn't just us, I heard them arguing with another customer who was asking for directions. We won't be renting from them again.
