My son and I purchased two bikes. The service was very friendly and a good selection of bikes. I did have a problem with one of my bikes and he refunded me without any issue. The other bike my son loves and comes here for all his accessories. He gave us a great price on the bikes!

I called to get some information, and the owner that answered the phone was extremely rude, said he won’t help anyone if they don’t buy the bike from them even if I was willing to pay whatever it cost to fix, also my wife went in to ride a bike and the employee made it super uncomfortable for her to look for a bike to buy

I called for service and the man... (No gentleman) was rude. He could not be bothered. He actually hung up. My question regarded ebike sales and service. He promptly cut me off and again... Hung up. I would steer clear. Too many businesses in today's world to deal with such rudeness.

Had a great experience with the bike den. Purchased a second hand road bike off of Craigslist, brought it into the guys at the bike den for a tune up. They recommended that I should replace my tires due to dry rot. They were extremely accommodating, and asked me what my budget was without trying to upsell me. The tune only took two days and they had my bike back to me at a reasonable price for tires, tune and bar tape. They even helped me load my bike into the car. 100% recommended

Great people. Great service. Great bikes. I bought a new bike for my wife a few weeks back from the Bike Den and she loves it. Much better than the Wal-Mart bike she had before. She actually enjoys going for rides now.
