I generally don't leave reviews, but in some cases it is really justified. And this is the case with the BikeHubStore. My wife and I are touring in the USA and Canada and we had a rim failure. We ended up limping into a very small town in California (pop 22) where we contacted Brandon. We didn't realise at the time, but the NC shop had already closed for the weekend, but Brandon still answered his phone. It was amazing how he took control of the situation. He ended up going back to the shop after hours on the Friday, selecting the required rim, cutting the correct length spokes, investigating the best shipping method, packaging it all up, and racing off to the FedEx shipment hub to drop the parcel off just before they closed at 6:00pm. This was all done by him so that the impact to our travel would be limited. It's always disappointing when you have a gear failure, especially one as big as a cracked rim, but the way Brandon took control of the situation and expedited everything was just unbelievable and really appreciated. The replacement rim arrived as promised and we were able to get back on our journey.
