Such a great place! Went in with a bike that I needed assessed and the lady was able to help me super quickly and was very kind!!! I highly recommend this spot to anyone who has any sort of bike related needs.

Greg is an awesome manager at this location!! He was really easy to work with to find the right bike for me. I bought a beautiful little Stumpjumper that I’m super happy with. 10/10 recommend this shop. Sendit!

So so so friendly and helpful. My bike had a flat and they fixed it right away. They let me know to just go grab a coffee and come back. They texted when it was done!

I bought a bike for my 10 year old and he bent the rear tire in less than a week of owning it. Took it back to Bicycle Chain and they fixed it fast and for free. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic. I got my bike serviced in January, and in the beginning of April, my brakes had started to stop working. As it turns out, vandals had loosened my bolts and tried to steal my tire, which is why it was so loose. Mike showed me exactly what was causing the problems, tightened my bolts for me, and fixed my tire’s placement, all for free. He was amazing, and taught me a bunch of stuff about maintaining my brakes. I will absolutely be back when my bike needs serviced again!
