Excellent service! I am new to cycling and caught a flat tire while riding. Howard made sure to explain in detail how to care for my bike and fixed the imperfections that came from the store building it wrong. Would most definitely recommend!

Howie is one of the best bike techs in GA. Reasonable, friendly, quick, and knowlwgeable. He keeps my bikes up and running ASAP. If you need tuneup, bike fixes. Howie is your man in the East Side. Still the Best bike tech, ever!

Just left the shop came for a bent chain safety was his top concern seeing other concerns he didn't break the bank and fixed mine and my husband's bike and educated us on what can keep us from bringing it back so soon lol Thank you so much first time customer and I will be back.

Phenomenal service and Howard’s such a kind and patient person! Brought in a bike I got off Facebook Marketplace for him to assess and he was so encouraging and helpful. He took the time to explain to me how the bike worked and gave me tips for riding in on different types of terrain. I brought my old bike here a few years ago and knew exactly where to take this new bike. I will certainly be back if I need anything! Most personable and friendly customer service I’ve ever had!
