Brought in my bike (10/23/24), Ive had the bike for 12 year and it finally broke down on me. Josh went straight to checking and looking at my bike. He recommended things that needed to get fixed and parts that needed to be replaced. Honest and with safety in mind which is always a plus! My bike was ready by 10/31/24. It rides like a new bike! The store is nice and clean. Plenty of bikes and accessories to choose from. And it’s always great to support a local business. I highly recommend them for all your bike needs and services! I had a really great experience buying my bike here. I was on the fence about making what to me was a fairly large (semi-impulsive) purchase and Charlie was amazing. He is super knowledgeable and patient without ever being condescending. I'm really pleased that I was able to get such a good deal on a new bike while supporting local. Huge thanks to the guys there for hooking me up with a sweet bike and super cool sweatshirt ;)

Very professional bike shop with a large variety of services and accessories. Got my mountain bike tuned and running properly again after I tried doing some shabby home bike mechanic work. They cleaned it up and set up my cockpit properly and I feel much safer riding now! Support your local bike shop!

Bootleggers is an awesome bike shop! Josh, Charlie and Ian are awesome guys, they are pros when it comes to custom builds! They have been an awesome help! I'm mid build of my first DH bike and didn't realize the frame I got was a really high end frame and parts aren't the easiest to get. These guys got everything thing I needed. They know there stuff!

Stopped in for some supplies during our ride on the Missisiquoi and Lamoille Valley Trails. Store was clean and organized, staff was helpful and friendly. After a nice conversation they got us what we needed and sent us on our way. Thanks for making our trip a success!
