My go-to neighborhood shop! Geoff always there to greet with a friendly face and help out with all my various bike needs - including free air, oil, and newbie advice. They’ve helped me go from “first time on road bike” to sourcing and installing my first clipless pedals, much needed maintenance on my hand-me-down bikes, and supplying various accessory options. Fairly priced with detailed invoicing and quick turnaround times.

Awesome local bike shop! This is the best shop near Duboce Triangle, and a hidden local gem! Helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive staff with a great inventory.

Just a fantastic shop. Everyone here is super kind and easy going. I bring my bike here every year for a yearly tune up and the folks in the shop always help me find the best way to keep my bike rolling without excessive cost. 10/10 highly recommend.

Wow! I think I found my new bike shop! Went in for a flat repair and to swap out both tires. Even though I brought my own tires - it was fine...in fact no attitude. They treated my bike steel road bike as if it was a $12k bike. Jeff made a couple of adjustments outside of the scope of work, and even lubed up my chain.. He gave total respect to the bike, Their prices were lower than most places too.. You can bring your bike to some "cool" shop but you will pay extra for the atmosphere and attitude. Want someplace who has your bikes best interest in heart, this is the place.

Box Dog has been my go-to local shop for everything from emergency repairs & maintenance to more complex jobs...like applying frame protection to my shiny new MTB. The folks there are incredibly helpful, consultative, and fully transparent. A great local co-op!
