The IOG team, specifically Eric, have been a huge help getting me correctly fit to my bike - leg and lower back discomfort from my previous fit turned into an easy 50 mile ride with no leg or lower back pain. I plan to bring all of my bikes to Eric for a great fit! Eric is extremely attentive, detail oriented, and as a rider himself wants you to have the best experience possible when riding your bike.I greatly appreciate the follow up tune-up being included ensuring that you get to correctly dial-in your bike with additional feedback. Loved working with Eric. Had two problematic bike fits in the past and he put in meaningful time and effort to ensure that my bike fits were properly done. I like the fact that rather than fitting me on a Retul bike and simply transferring the numbers to my other bikes, he spent the time to ensure that I was fitted and comfortable to my actual bikes. I know this doesn't sound novel, but the last two bike fits didn't do this and I had back pain because of it. I'd recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat.

I came to Eric at IOG after receiving two conflicting bike fits in the past. I was incredibly uncomfortable on my TT bike and struggled to ride more than an hour due to shoulder pain. After one session, we were able to dial in the fit and completely alleviate that discomfort. Choosing a saddle is often an iterative process, and IOG has been a great partner in that journey. I have been able to test ride several saddles and Eric is always checking in on the fit. Thanks again, Eric - will be back for the road bike!

I first hear of IOG fitting through Instagram and I saw all the first they do and magic they work to get folks into a comfortable position. This had me interested as I've had a few issues my self and a second set of eyes was needed ro iron them out. I live near the S.F location and that's were I booked my appointments. I was super excited to see what positional changes would need to be made going into it. Once at the local let me just say there fit lab is way cool and clean, I was greeted by Eric. Let me say that Eric is the man! After talking and getting to know my cycling needs from my position it was dial in time. We got to tinkering and that was a blast and I think what sets this place apart is the tinkering. Eric and I went through alot of combinations to get my set up just right. Not to aggressive but not super upright. Just right. Powerful and aero. I had 2 bikes with me and it was the same process for both bikes not just here is a position it looks good and ride it, but let's try X thing and see how that feels and if it works or not. I ended up with 2 very comfortable positions walking away from this and alot of knowledge about myself and positions on my bicycles. That's what was awesome about the fit. The fitter Eric. He was freaking awesome. So easy to talk to and knowledgeable. So polite and easy to ask "why move this or that" and he gave is reasoning for it. He's really great and was the cherry on top. A month later and my bikes feel like a part of me getting on them no forcing my body to be comfortable. I look so forward to getting on my bikes with knowing it's all dialed. Next fit I get will for sure be here. Regardless of cycling level bicycle or equipment this place made it fun for all and was inviting and exciting. Thank you Eric and IOG. I'll be back soon!
