Fast and affordable repair shop for Burner bikes! A few friends and I swung by on a Thursday afternoon to drop off our Burning Man bikes for repairs and tuning. The shop is run by a couple, with the woman manning the front counter, quoting estimates, and repairing bikes, and the man providing expert opinion and repairing bikes. Quoted repair time for two bikes was about an hour, so we decided to do an early dinner in the neighborhood before returning to pay and pick up our bikes. Our friends arrived 10 minutes before closing, and the owners were kind enough to stay open another hour to finish repairing their four bikes. Prices were very reasonable. My bike tune up cost $76.50 total, which included a $5 chain oil, wheel adjustments, and two brake cables at $13 each. My husband’s bike repairs cost $106.52: $18 tire replacement with $11 labor, $45 double shifter adjustment, $5 chain oil, and two brake cables at $13 each. Our friends’ bike costs ranged from just a $5 chain oil to a $30, $55, and $70 tune up. They also sell used bikes, including one as cheap as $115! Credit and debit card accepted, including Apple Pay. Highly recommend!

Brought my bike into this shop for the first time after being stranded nearby due to a bent inner crank ring. Such a friendly couple that runs the shop. I really appreciate that the lady quoted a price right away after diagnosing the issue. They fixed the issue within 20 minutes, which was much faster than I expected. I liked that they offered to repair instead of replacing the part. In the future I will make the trip here for bike service. Highly recommended!

In my opinion this is the best bike shop in the bay! Whether it's a snapped brake cable, a stripped fork, or whatever this place will take care of you quickly and at a great price! Simply reliable service and fair pricing brings me back time and again. They've built my trust and I'll be coming back for all of my repair needs!

Honestly, I’ve never received better service anywhere else. I built an electric bicycle by myself and I took it here whenever I had problems with any step in the process. A small bike shop, run by people who are so fair and really know their bikes. I’ve stopped by for a quick problem (grease on my chain, etc), and if they have time they get right on it. So courteous, and they sell quality bikes and accessories
