This is simply the best place to get your bike serviced in the Tri-cities. Whether your bike is from Walmart or a $4K custom... they have the knowledge and can get the parts to fix it and get you back on the trail. My shifter broke and they fixed it while I waited. Great guys. If you are looking for a fancy store... go elsewhere and pay more. The also make keys and make all you locks fit your one key.

This qualifies as one of those 'hole-in-the-wall-gems' of Bristol!! This is a bicycle shop and locksmith all in one, with great people, service, and pricing too!! I've got an older French door style patio door with a proprietary lock system that broke. The Big Box stores have nothing to support this system and their only option is replace the door system to get modern style locking mechanisms. Boyd's saw the lock, properly ID'd it, actually had spare parts, and got it operational in no time!! They also have TONS of bike parts and a few nicer bikes for sale. We talked about bikes for a few and the knowledge is obvious! Can't wait to purchase a couple of bikes from them!

I needed a duplicate key made for an old mid-90s Toyota truck -- the hardware store I visited first made it wrong, and the big box stores wouldn't even touch it (but did recommend Boyd's). This place perfectly crafted two duplicates for me -- the sheer number of keys they have in this tiny storefront is mind boggling. And if I ever need help with a bicycle, I will definitely go here first. Thanks Boyd's!
