I do not recommend to go to this bike shop because I came in and my tire was flat I asked him how much would it be to fix it? He said 30 and then he said the sealant is long lasting and it should last for a pretty long time. I didn’t even ride my bike four days later. I went downstairs to check on my bike. Tire was flat and then I called him again and told him he said it would be another hundred dollars to fix it and he overprices

i’ve never been to new jersey, nor do i know how to ride a bike, but if both of these things were to be true, you bet would see me here! the bikes look stunning, the tires are more round than the UK’s roundabouts, which are renowned for their roundness, and i’ve seen quite a few of those. all my local bike shops aren’t nearly as good as this one, the helmets seem so shiny that i just want to fly out my country to visit ChucknRoll Bikes. goodbye fellow google review followers!

The guy had an attitude from the start for no reason. I told him the issue and what he needed to do to fix it and he ignored everything I said and acted as if I knew nothing. Insisted it was something else wrong with the bike which was not true and he was wrong. Eventually I got him to listen and he fixed it exactly how I said it and did not apologize or admit I was right, instead just had a bad attitude. Will not go to this bike shop again and the only reason I went in the first place was because I didn't have the right tool to do the job myself. Also at the end he didn't even adjust the indexing correctly so my bike was skipping gears and the chain was grinding on the other gears.

Chuck is a master at his craft. If you are in the Bayonne or Jersey City area, there is absolutely no better place to go for all things bike related. We picked up two bikes recently and couldn't be happier about the purchases and the service.

ChucknRoll is the best! Easy to get to from Manhattan and central Jersey. Bought my Mondraker, upgraded my brakes and handle bar from Chuck. Very fast turnaround happy with the service. 5 star! Will go back for more upgrades!
