This was my first and likely last visit to the shop. I needed a rear rack for my trek, and decided to try and support a local shop rather than order online for something this simple. They told me their mechanic was busy today and wouldn't have time to install it on my bike. I even asked if I could borrow their allen keys for a minute to throw it on myself but was told no. I rode home with no hands on my handlebars carrying the mount I just bought, and discovered they sold me something that doesn't even fit bikes with non disc brakes. Not to mention I paid $70 for something that should've been around $45. The associate helping me wasn't super friendly, and I have no reason to go back after this negative experience.

I’ve gone here a couple of times. Wants to get my tire tube replaced. And wants to get my daughters tire tube replaced and they also did an overall tuneup and fixed something that was wrong with the bike. Overall, very friendly people there are quick service and very affordable. I definitely want to get one of the BMC bikes there someday. I am saving up.

These folks help me order my cargo bike of disproportionate cost, and complexity. They showed me how to use it, and were delightful the whole time. Thanks for them. I am now the proud owner of a Tern GSD 2.0 LX

I have a Windsor knight I bought about 10 yrs ago. I use my bike to get to and from work. Well I had moved to a new position that I had to use the car to get to. The bike sat in storage for 4-5 yrs. I got offered another position and took in my bike to basically bring it back to life. It's back and running beautifully. I really appreciate what they did for my bike and my chance to ride again without having to buy a new bike. They did a level 2 tune up, changed my tires and replaced a cable. I got 13 miles in for my ride to work. It felt good. I however did not after not riding for so long.

Raven built my bicycle and did a great job. It was my first bike purchase and I was a bit anxious about the purchase, but Raven's kindness and open communication helped to put me at ease. I highly recommend this bike shop for all your bicycle needs!
