Very impressed with the customer service. I haven’t ridden a bike in years and Todd and the owner were so patient with me and helped me to pick a bike I felt comfortable with, which being older is very important. They were very patient with all the questions I had. I highly recommend Crank Works and I love my Specialized Bike. My husband bought one too.

Amazing selection and even better staff! Thomas was able to help me fix my chain, gave me great recommendations for local bike trails, and identified my issues and solved them quickly! Definitely would recommend stopping by

I'm glad I found this bike shop ...it's an awesome place and Nate is definitely the right guy to be up front taking care of customers ...he did a great job👍... I had a last minute add-on kickstand and he jumped on it immediately and got me out the door within minutes... Even help me put the bike in the back of my small Suv...it barely fit but we got it done. Thank you for the great customer service and job well done ...we'll be back.

Just want to shout out this bike shop! I came from Colorado for a bike race and forgot to switch out my rubber caps on my front fork for actual bottle cage screws. I wasn’t going to make it to the shop in time and called to see what we could do. Nate hooked it up and now I’m all set for my ride! Next time I’m in town I will for sure stop in to check out the shop. Thanks again!
