Employees are very friendly. And went out of their way to help at the last minute. Took great care of the bikes. And found an issue with the brake pads being contaminated. And had everything in stock. And took care of what I originally brought it in for to. They definitely earned my business

Rented 4 bikes. The team at Santos Bike Shop really maximized the enjoyment we got from our mountain biking experience. They got us the right equipment, adjusted it to suit us, and explained how to get the most out of our day on the trails. The equipment was perfect for us and the transactions could not have gone smoother. What a great day.

Bike rentals are good quality, my main issue was my seat post was way too high and when I asked them to adjust it for me I was essentially told it was too much work to adjust the length for every customer and I could just use the dropper for those “fine adjustments”. Personally I don’t think it’s that much of an ask that if I’m spending almost $100 on a bike rental that it 1) fits me and 2) I don’t have to adjust my seat post the entire time I’m riding/everytime I want to use the dropper. It was really disruptive to my flow, and really frustrating to spend the entire ride forgetting my seat was going to go too high when I used the dropper and having to adjust mid ride. At the end of the day the bike worked fine but I was really disappointed that they were too lazy to fit the bike to me, when I’ve never had any other shop rentals have a problem with it.

My husband and I had to take our Lectric bike to Santos for repair spoke to Cassie she was so wonderful she walked us through all the information then she transferred us over to TJ, my husband got to speak with the mechanic he was excellent explained everything that needed to be done and even the price! We dropped the bike off at 5pm and by the next morning the bike was finished and back in our house! The people at Santos are very professional. The price was extremely reasonable, and the shop even does rentals! One of the best things was Charlie, the Portuguese Water dog, he was so sweet and very friendly! Thank you Santos!

I went in to get some help with my bike fit and Adam, one of the mechanics, took the time to take some basic measurements and fit a stem that made all the difference. It was a really nice experience that seems rare in the retail world these days. As an older rider everyone was very supportive and encouraging. I recommend this bike shop very highly.
