I rented a giant trance. Battery Power Awesome. Went. 26 miles. Normal bike would have been 5 miles. After 26 miles I was tired and the battery was dead. All off-road. With barely any Steep. Climbs. $75 for the day. At a $7000 bike.awesome

Had a brake problem, I was in a pinch, they took my bike, found the problem and fixed it in less than 10 minutes, for (what I consider) a very low price. And they were super cool from the moment I stepped in the shop (no pout faces, no teethkissin).

This place is awesome. Hubby's bike chain broke. On a Sunday, we took a chance and stopped in for help. Tray not only fixed the chain but tightened everything up. Took 15 minutes and we were up and running. Would highly recommend this shop.

Always friendly. Always knowledgeable. Always helpful. Trey, in service, has knowledge and skills!! Buy, sell, rent and more. This bike shop has everything you need.

Use this shop as a last resort if you have to, otherwise head to the main shop! Customer service is nonexistent at this location. The main location is inviting, the employees are overly helpful, and you leave feeling like they care and love their jobs. I always try to support local shops but I’ll never go back to the trail location unless it’s an absolute must.
