The staff, the products, the pricing and the service was top notch! Ocala Bicycle came highly recommended and they did not disappoint! Only place I will go for my bike needs! Carrie the owner was great as well! Top notch!

I placed a deposit ($500) on an electric bike for my wife, but I overheard her say she did not want a bike. I called Erik at the company and left a voicemail to please call me back and start a refund since I live 50 miles away. Erik called a few minutes and after verifying a few details, he started the refund on my Amex card, no problems. OUTSTANDING customer service, will definitely use them for my next bike. Thank you!!! I tried shopping locally but every company in Crystal River had a “all sales are final no returns”, looked in Ocala and found this awesome company, best call I ever made! Wish I could give them 6 stars!

Wonderful buying experience at Ocala Bicycle center. Scott & Erik were fantastic helping me pick out my first E-bike. They were so knowledgeable & helpful in helping me pick the right bike for my individual wants & needs. Great service & they assured me they would be there for any service needs or questions that should come up in future. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
