My family and I have used Crossing Cycle for all our bicycle repairs. We have purchased bikes from Lou as well. Lou is the best. He knows what he is doing. He explains what the bike needs fixed, does the repairs quickly and is incredibly fair in his pricing. Shop around and then go see Lou at Crossing Cycle. You will be glad you did. PS: He can't fix your bike over the phone. Lol. I tried that the first time I called. Lou was patient but let me know he had to see the bike first. Take care and Thanks again Lou!

Horrible, I bought a savage flyer frm them n nothing was Greece’s on the bike mode of the Parton my bike were stuck on the frame n was able to do nothing or take anything if I was u guy I would never water my time and visit them, hoagie ahh bikes💀💀💀

I have been taking our bikes and my kids bikes to Crossing Cycle for years for tune ups and repairs and whatever is else is needed. We have bought bikes from Louie. His prices are fair and he's always honest about what needs to be fixed. My boys are active in cycling and love to go to the bike shop with me. I took my son this week with me and Louie fixed my son's brakes and odometer. Turn around time is so fast! What business would accommodate and do that today! I'm so thankful to have a mechanic we can go to who is exceptional, experienced, and honest!

It’s finally spring time and I took my road bike out for the first time! Thanks to Louie at Crossing Cycle, he got my bike ready for the season including a tune up, gear adjustment and anything else that was needed. Louie has been working on my bikes for many years! I’ll never forget I had a flat tire on way to do the PMC and Louie fixed it in 5 minutes! With his experience and knowledge about everything with bikes, I am so grateful for all his work he’s done! He’s so trustworthy, honest and actually quite reasonable with all the time he spends on these bikes. Thank you Louie for all that you do!

I took my daughter's bike to Lou to get her derailleur replaced and he took care of it the same day at a good price. I'd highly recommend using this service or buying a bike here.
