Incredible service and so knowledgeable! Tom and his team are just the best. Whether the fix is small or large, every fix has been a long lasting professional solution. I love the used Bianchi bike I purchased from here. It's my one and only! Upgraded to Stamp pedals and love it even more. I recommend their services to everyone!

Tom and crew are great. We just purchased our second round of bikes from Tom. Tom is a great community member and he really works to understand your needs before he recommends particular products.

Excellent e-bike styles and options from which to choose and test ride. Six days from ordering to picking up bike. The Trek Verve 3 handles well and is easy to ride. All bike features were explained and outstanding service by knowledgeable Downtown Bikes.

My son LOVES his new bike! He constantly rides around. It is a wonderful quality bike! We absolutely love the staff at Downtown Bicycles! They are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We always enjoy our visits with them! We will continue to buy our bikes from them!

Friendly staff, great service. Too many bike shops either have snobby mechanics or under qualified ones. These guys know there stuff and make you feel welcome.
