Great quality, great selection, super fast and FREE delivery! BUT the best part of this whole transaction is the absolutely stunning customer service! Dealing with fantastic, professional customer service reps is worth coming to Milltown. Travis provided very sound advice and recommendations and got my order shipped out IMMEDIATELY! And they really take good care of you with shipping - - my shipment came in, literally, just 2 or 3 days after I pressed the 'order' button; with a personal note from Travis! Very nice touch. As a note, I made a mistake on one item and needed to exchange it for something else (totally my error). When I contacted Travis to do the exchange (& I offered to pay for shipping as this was an error on my part) he took care of it immediately, and would not accept my offer to pay shipping as that's their stated policy - - no cost returns. You can't beat that. Finally, this is a company that obviously takes great pride in their incredible customer service. And their employees are obviously really well trained. Bottom Line is that Milltown is one of the finest companies I have ever dealt with. Their prices are excellent, their team of experts have to be the best in the industry, I will shop with them from now on, and a final compliment to Travis who made it all happen with superior customer service. I had a great experience buying from this shop. Although a small order they went out of their way to make me a happy customer. I ordered an item that was discontinued but Travis found one remaining from mfg and was able to get it for me. Great communication, pricing, well packed shipment, and even a hand written thank you card....what more can you ask for? Their web store layout is pretty nice as well!

Great company. My parts shipped for free and arrived much earlier than the delivery estimate. They even included a handwritten note of thanks. It doesn't take much to show you take pride in your company but Milltown nails it. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

Very good customer service, friendly people who are very knowledgeable and willing to answer even the simplest questions about bikes. I would recommend this bike shop to anyone looking to fix or buy a bike.
