We're on our 2nd set of Custom Built bikes from Heath Creek Cycles and we're not even in Minnesota! Ben spec'd and sourced our bikes during the supply chain disruption which was no easy task. During the process he kept us in the loop with a series of progress photos and updates. Ben coordinated the shipment to Florida and we ended up with 1 of a kind bikes to our own design. We had such a great experience we are back again for another set of bikes to be built for a different purpose.

Ben is as good as they get in the bike industry and 100% Northfield. He’s got a great eye for quality and an excellent sense of style if you’re looking to build a custom rig. On the other hand, if you just need your puncture repaired or chain replaced, his workmanship and attention to detail carries through those tasks, as well. He looks out for his customers, and he’s got all the local info on the best places to ride. Can’t go wrong with Heath Creek.

If you want to ride a bike, Ben will help you ride a bike. Bring what you have in your garage, buy something new, or custom build a dream ride - every bike that goes through Heath Creek Cycles is a better bike for the rider's needs. Ben also passes along all the best deals the industry has to his customers too - no price premium for shopping "small". Great bike shop!

Picked up my first full squish Salsa Blackthorn from Ben today. He is extremely knowledgeable and went the extra mile to build the bike, set the suspension up to my body weight and to teach me how to tune it properly. I am stoked to have this new ride and the buying experience was first class!

Yes. This is a bike shop. Ben will build you a mean set of wheels, or work on the most work-a-day bike you might have. Heath Creek is more than that though. It is a social gathering spot on the deck - and at any given moment you can find some of the crew hanging out, social distance style ejoying a coffee, a bagel, a beer or a nip of the strong stuff. You can get directions to the trails, suggestions for an easy to a difficult gravel loop, or the quickest route to the local park. Northfield is better for having this little community bike shop in town.
