Take all my bikes here for all my maintenance needs. Guys great, knowledgeable, to the point and definitely has great prices and quick turnaround around times. All I want in a shop and it’s close to my house! Owner of 5 bikes

I recently stopped by to repair my electric bike from a puncture in the back tire. They fixed it within a day and did a fantastic job but returned the bike broken, ruining some connection between the back tire and motor. I came back and asked for them to repair it but they failed. The motor showed zero signs of failure prior to bringing it to Duke’s. They created an even more expensive issue for me to deal with than the original issue. I don’t recommend bringing electric bikes to this shop. Update: It turns out an essential wire was severed, requiring a complete replacement of the motor. Assuming it was an accident, Duke’s Bicycles isn’t a bad place to go to if you’re bike needs a quick fix.

The guy know I gotten a black and gold bike but when I picked it there was my black and gold bike there but he said you ordered a black on black bike I was like are you sure cause it says on the paper black on gold idk what the guys problem but imma go today to talk to him about it I'm mad that I didn't get my black and gold 6ku fixxie if I don't get it I'm never buying parts or bikes there ever again and you shouldn't too

I feel very confident about giving Duke's a 5 start review despite the fact that I've never stepped foot in the shop. This review comes from Dan's prompt response to an accidental online purchase that I made. In case you hadn't seen it, Duke's has a GREAT online shop where you can even purchase your bike and have it delivered. Unfortunately for me, I accidentally proceeded with a purchase (long story). Fortunately, Dan was completely understanding and refunded the money without hesitation or question. Whew! What a relief. In my book, any business person who does that is clearly very concerned about their customer satisfaction. If I'm ever in Anaheim I will definitely check out this place.
