Every time I’ve had an issue, he’s found the right fix without overcharging or upselling me on things I don’t need. He really looks out for people and always finds the best deals. It’s rare to find a shop that genuinely cares, but this place does. If you ride an e-bike, this is the spot to go.

I’ve been thinking about buying an electric bike for awhile but I didn’t really know what to get. I went into Trestles Ebikes and spoke to Richard. He is extremely knowledgeable and let me test a few of the models until I found one I absolutely love. Cannot recommend this shop more.

Richard is an awesome person, super friendly, and very attentive to our needs. The work he did on our bikes was excellent, we have extreme confidence, knowing that our bikes are tuned up and safe to ride now. I would highly recommend Richards store for any of your E-bike needs.
