Service is top notch, friendly and informed. Great bikes. I purchased a Felt two years ago and still haven't needed a tune-up. Management regularly assists bikers-by with air and minor repairs as good neighbors. Highly recommended.

Breakaway is the best in the business! From renting beach cruisers for my family to custom fitting me for my first road bike, they are knowledgeable and friendly and not pushy salesmen! If you are at the Delaware beaches, Breakaway Bikes is the place to shop and rent all things bike!

We loved our experience. The bikes worked great and allowed us to see the Point, the boardwalk, and explore some fun spots in Rehoboth and Dewey. Dan was very helpful!

Stay away!!! Would give zero stars if that was an option. Bikes lock got stuck on day 2 of our week long visit to Dewey Beach, we couldn't access the bikes. No one available by phone at the bike shop during business hours!! Took 2 voice mail messages and an email to get a response a day later. And, they wanted to charge ME because they would have to cut the malfunctioning lock!!! If bike lock code can be "inadvertently" changed during normal use - that's a malfunction!!!! Invest in better locks.

What can I say very friendly and knowledgeable took his time to talk and got me set up with a very nice bike at very competitive price. And big bounces he is a Buffalo Bills fan👍
