I recently purchased my first Rockhopper from Elite Cycling, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! As someone who has not bicycled in years, I had a lot of questions, but Marcelo was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything—from the different types of functions that the bicycle has to the right accessories I would need for trails and to cruise around—without ever overwhelming me. Their customer service is top-notch, and they made sure I felt confident in my purchase. I truly appreciate their care in helping me find the perfect bike and accessories for my needs. I've been coming here for a few years now and can't believe I've never written a review. Marcelo, the owner is service oriented and very approachable. Calvin the mechanic is the absolute best. I am an avid mountain biker so my bikes go through a little more abuse than most. When Calvin tells me my bike is ready to go I am confident the will shift, brake, and pedal perfectly. This is truly one of my favorite small businesses in Miami.

These guys are great, every time I go there, always attentive and the bike service is awesome. I went there to get a tire repaired and went to pay but and their system for payment was down and I did not have cash on me. They told me to go ahead and leave and will send you a payment receipt once the system comes up. Instead of keeping me waiting for the system to come up for payment. Later that afternoon, I received a text for payment and paid. It was very though full on their part to do this and allow me to leave with no payment, and this is wonderful customer service. They will always work on my bikes. Again, thanks for the wonderful service.

I recently brought my vintage road bike to Elite Cycling & Fitness and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. The bike had been stored outside for a few years and was in desperate need of an overhaul, rather than just a simple service. The team at Elite Cycling brought it back to life combining their great expertise with outstanding customer service, from the moment I walked into the shop, to advising on accessories and answering my endless questions. I was consulted promptly throughout the process and overall I was left satisfied that my best interests were front and center for them, both in terms of getting a bike back that is safe to ride and that I didn't spend an extra dollar that I needed to. In my 25+ years of visiting bike shops in 4 different countries this was by far the most positive experience. I highly recommend the team at Elite Cycling and will of course return for all my cycling needs.
