Super friendly and knowledgable staff. Good customer service is almost non existent these days, but I got the bike I needed and set up race ready all in the same day. Highly recommend this shop for bike enthusiasts beginner to advanced. See my Trek Top Fuel 5🤙🏻

I bought a bike from them about two or three months ago. I felt no pressure from the sales representative. He also thoroughly educated me on how to take care of the bike. I came back three months later with my other bike and the repair technician was very helpful and fixed my front fork. Both times I’ve been there I’ve been totally happy with my purchases and service. My experience has been great with all of the staff. Great customer service, Knowledgeable staff, no pressure sales rep. and good prices. I highly recommend them.

I broke a spoke while on a ride on a bike trail. The bike shop was nearby. When I brought my bike, they were able to work on the bike immediately. It was repaired quickly and at a reasonable price. The staff was friendly and experienced. I highly recommend Epicenter Cycling.
