We had the best time on our e bikes with our dog! Mary was so kind, helpful and patient with our anxious/reactive dog! Would highly recommend this to anyone in the area for a fun, beautiful day with your pet! You can easily go from the shop near cannery row in Monterey, to Carmel, pebble beach and back for the day! Amazing experience!

We had a wonderful adventure!!! Mary (I hope i remember her name correctly) was absolutely Amazing!! She was so sweet to my dog, April & made sure she was securely strapped in. She gave me clear instructions on how to use the bike & provided the QR code to the 17-Mile route. I rented the bike with the side car. I was a bit nervous but with her clear instructions all went wonderfully!! Thank you for everything 🥰

Top notch service from Stevie. We were looking to rent bikes for the fam and had visited 3 others shops unable to accommodate size for our 4yo biker. But Stevie had all we needed. Bikes great. Prices more reasonable than expected. And Stevie offered all the local tips with flare.

There is no other way to experience the 17 mile drive than on electric bikes from @maddogsbikeshop. We hired bikes from the Monterey shop and with a days cycling we received complimentary parking at the Plaza hotel. The service was great and bikes were perfect and in great condition. We went from Monterey to Carmel all around the coast. Being able to recharge the bikes in the Carmel shop meant we always had enough charge and the bikes were secure as we spent time in Carmel. One of the best days of my holiday in California for sure.

We reserved two bikes with sidecars for the kiddos and had a wonderful experience. Everything was ready for us when we arrived and were able to easily take off on our adventure. There were awesome views of the ocean and the wharf and a great, wide bike path to take. We'll be back!
