Work on your service department. Litterally takes them over 2 days to do a 5 minute ski adjustment. Their bike repair is equally as slow. Takes weeks to get your bike back from a tune up. Why offer service at all? They aren't competitive at all. Otherwise, shopping experience is OK. Prices are mid range to high. Their prices aren't competitive enough to justify their slow service times.

Needed to get our bikes in for tune up and we got the best service from Ellis. He was so warm and engaging and why we love Eric's Bike Shop.

Brett took the time to size my son(9) on the bike (he is a bit between sizes) and let us try multiple models to find the right one. No pressure at all and he put the quality of the riding experience first! Five stars!

We really enjoyed our visit to Erik’s! The customer service was pleasant and the representatives are so knowledgeable about the bikes. I had 2 bikes repaired and they took the time to answer all my questions. Even showed us how to use the gear shifts properly. I highly recommend Erik’s!
