Fantastic bike shop! I have had bikes serviced here, have purchased a brand new mountain bike here, and have bought pickleball and bike equipment here. Very friendly and knowledgeable employees. Fair prices for bike service and bikes themselves.

We rented 2 fat tire bikes and 2 helmets for some fun trail riding. The bikes were ready upon arrival. Store has immediate access to paved river trail which then has access to well maintained mt. biking trails. Super fun time. Plan to do this again next visit.

Went in to look at new mountain bikes and was greeted promptly. Asked some questions and the employees were very knowledgeable. After talking with the employees I was introduced to salsa brand and was told about the current sale of this brand. They were so great and knowledgeable that before I left I ordered a new bike. The bike arrived and was assembled in just a couple of days. When I went to pick it up I was given all kinds of informative information regarding the different features. After using the bike for a weekend my son decided he needed a new bike as well and wanted to get in on the sale so straight river ordered me a second bike. They were so knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful I will definitely do business there again. Highly recommend checking them out.

Was visiting Owatonna on a business trip and had some free time Saturday. Went during the week to Straight River Sports to rent a bike, was received very friendly, offeres a "Fat Bike" and booked that for Saturday morning. Staff is very friendly, helpful and customer oriented. Fat Bike was fun... Can cleary recommend the service!

Went in because my sons cage on his hockey helmet broke. Staff was very friendly and helpful! They went above and beyond to ensure sure it fit correctly and then attached it to the helmet for us.
