What a great new location for New Spin to have in Central Rochester where you can find the same amazing products and quality expertise that they have in their North store. I took my 2015 Sworks Crux here, and Martin worked on it. It was quite a bit of work - new rear derailleur and cassette, new brake pads/rotors, bleed hydraulic Shimano breaks (IYKYK what a pain that is), index new derailleur (also a PITA on Dura Ace Di2 9070), swap to new tubeless tires. Martin nailed it on everything, returned it working perfectly. He was timely and communicative. Couldn't be more pleased with the service. Nate was awesome to work with. Took my E-Trike in to be serviced and had it back the next day. He gave me some helpful advice on maintaining my trike for optimal performance. Great experience. Would definitely recommend this business.

All hands on deck to get gravel tires on my xc mtb. Thought I could do it on my own but glad I took it in!! Friendly, and babied my bike 😊

I rented a terrific tern commuter bike for the day. Alex was extremely helpful with the rental and with giving me directions to the beautiful Douglas State Trail. It was a great experience and an epic bike ride!
