Benjamin B. did an absolutely great job assisting my son (17) and I (69) fitting us with new ski boots! Great patience and counsel!! We drove 85 miles to get to Erik’s and we’re not disappointed!!! Thanks for a great experience!

Purchased the Aventon Level 2 e-bike new from Erick's on the Westside location. Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The store is well kept and has a large inventory of bikes and accessories. I had already done my research and was certain of my purchase. Since I traveled from out of town, they were able to have my new bike ready within an hour for me to take home. Very pleasant experience all around and definitely will do business again with them.

Maxx was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and made the experience of buying a new bike painless. This is my first new bike in almost twenty years, and even though I kind of know what I'm doing, he made sure I was walking out completely comfortable with the bike. I really can't say enough positive things about this experience.

Best bike shop I have ever been too. The service is beyond great and helpful. Always go the extra mile, and if they rarely make a mistake it is taken care of immediately. I will be a lifetime customer.

The team at West Madison did a great job with my ski purchase from the initial call I made to have skis ready for when I drove in from Mpls to Madison to purchase them. Ben was fantastic with the follow up on remembering me from call, getting skis from back and ski advice! There was another teammate that stopped by that also gave advice and did a nice job explaining F & B’s of ski and bindings, I do not recall his name. Thank you!
