My husband and I were both looking for road bikes. Graeme knew what he wanted, a Trek Domane. When we noticed a sale on it, we went and purchased it. The staff was helpful and friendly when it came to buying it. On the other hand, the Domane just didn't fit comfortably, so I did multiple rides of different bikes. Then had to decide if this was something practical for me. Dave went above and beyond what was needed. This truly has the feel of a locally owned bike shop. I am so grateful for them. We both now have our bikes and enjoyed our 1st ride last weekend.

I came in completely clueless about what bike would fit my needs and David was not only extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what bike would be best for me, but was incredibly patient while I tested out and then hemmed and hawed over the littlest things between two different models. He never once steered me in one direction or another but I’m sure in the end, knew that the bike I ended up going with was the right choice. I highly, highly recommend Wheel and Sprocket - this place is wonderful.

Fabulous service department. I bought my Trek bike there years ago and get it serviced there annually with about 1,000 miles ridden per year. Bike always comes back working perfectly.

I had a slight issue with a delayed delivery on a special order product. Matt (Wheel & Sprocket Middleton, WI) went above and beyond to resolve the problem and kept in direct communication with me (phone calls, not text/email) every step of the way. Outstanding customer service!
