Very attentive for sales, service was good. Waiting for add ons took 5 months, they never called- I called every month. Repairs are really slow- not sure why they seem unconcerned how many weeks til you get your bike back for a minor repair. I need my bike a lot, so going without it is a big deal.

I was a little apprehensive when my sister wanted to take me to Crazy Lennys to test ride an e-tricycle. I am an amputee and haven’t been able to ride a bike since I was 11 years old. Evan and his team were amazing in brain storming different options to help me peddle and how to attach my crutches to the bike. He was very patient in assisting me and explaining everything to me, with no pressure to purchase. I am now a proud owner of an electric tricycle and ride several times a week; how freeing & exhilarating. Thank you, Evan, for everything!!!

The sales people were knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. They adjusted the bike I ultimately bought before I bought it. No pressure whatever. You can't lose giving them a try.
