I can not say enough nice things about Erik's bike shop in Liberty. Katie was able to answer all our questions and make sure we picked out the perfect bike for our son. She was knowledgeable, patient, and very attentive. Before you go buy a bike anywhere else, give them a chance to get you set up right!

I can’t say enough positive things about this location. I brought in a bike with a sidecar that I had purchased somewhere else for them to look over and trouble shoot some issues I was having with the bike per the manufacturers request. The service I received from Isaac and Bradley was as if I was a frequent customer here. That is what it takes and I was very blown away by their patience and accommodation. I will come here in the future for all my biking needs, repairs and purchases in the future because of this. These guys were true professionals with great customer service skills. Check them out for your next bike purchase or repair! Thank you guys!

Ordering online for in store pick-up was a breeze. The order was ready quite quickly and they called to not only let me know but to ask about any accessories we might want installed before we arrived. After arriving, we decided to have some accessories installed and the staff worked efficiently and expertly to get those taken care of while continuing to tend to other customers in the store. They weren't pushing extras and they explained their policies thoroughly before offering to help us out the door with our items. Enjoyed every part of the experience.

We went to Erik’s in Liberty to get our grandkids new bikes. Isaac was extremely knowledgeable, he adjusted their seats, helped find proper helmets and was just wonderful and patient with them. Highly recommend and will use this shop for all our families biking, etc. needs! 😌

Outstanding knowable and professional service! The tech did a prompt and thorough tune up and repair of my kids bike. My son tested it in the parking lot and found a minor nuance he asked about, which was addressed on the spot! I will definitely be using Erik’s for all of my bike needs going forward!
