Best customer service anywhere! Dave and Bob are the best in K.C. They treat everyone with respect and courtesty, answer all of your questions whether you spend $5 or $5,000 everyone is important. I have been a customer for close to 30 years and have become a friend. Love Biscari Brothers!!

This place is awesome. They have just about anything you need to enjoy your journey. And if they don't have it, they will definitely recommend you in the right direction. I have been in the area for about 2 years now. And the local trailer are amazing. Just be careful of the 291 because it's an extremely busy road.

Bought my Ebike Gazzelle from them 2 years ago have loved the bike. Took in for tuneup since I had put a lot miles on it. It was running good when took in . But after I got back it's running even smoother but even faster. I would highly recommend this shop. Honest and knowledgeable.

I've had a bike repaired here in the past. I just dropped by tonight because the front brakes on my wife's bike didn't work. They were nice and fixed it on the spot(simple part was disconnected), said I didn't have to pay, and come back when I needed something. What great local bike shop, good service and selection.
