Fantastic shop with fantastic service!! I don’t live in KC, but was recommended this shop for bikepacking/touring set up’s or knowledgeability. I brought my bike to Zeke before Thanksgiving with a grand plan to completely change my handlebars, shifters and brakes the week of Thanksgiving. Zeke knew exactly what to order, and was very very communicative while I waited to see if the parts would be shipped on time. Despite a huge delay with UPS, Zeke was able to quickly finish up my bike when the parts came in, just in time for me to test ride it before I left town! I’m super grateful to him for his great, speedy work. Would highly recommend this shop!

Professional, reasonable and they even picked up my bike to go for repair. I would highly recommend this bike store. I am extremely happy and will go to Velo for anything I might need in the future. Great customer service. I highly recommend.

The guys were very helpful and informative. I came in with a cheap bike I had that didn't fit me well, was able to get a good bike that fit me, and my budget. I would definitely recommend.
