We needed a particular type of bike rack for our car and we needed it to carry four bikes. After searching long and hard on Amazon but coming up empty handed I fed the key words to Google and landed on this bike shop. We were thrilled to find exactly what we needed at a reasonable price with quick shipping. They made it easy to support a small family business even from several states away!

Went in today for our third visit. We had gotten tune-ups and other repairs done here previously. We have never had anything but an absolute positive experience. Today's was a front derailleur issue on my wife's bike we went in and they fixed it in about 15 minutes for 20 bucks no problems at all. I suspect that those who have bad customer experiences here are simply bad customers. I respect and prefer a shop that wants to do things right and do things safely.

Fantastic experience purchasing my very first mountain bike! I absolutely love my new bike - it is perfect for me. They could have tried to upsell me on more expensive bikes, but they were completely on-the-level and helped guide me in the right direction. I am so proud of my bike... she rides like a dream. I bought a bike from this shop several years ago. They told me that I would have a life time of 'tune-ups'. Called the bike shop about a year later and said I wanted to drop my bike off for a tune-up. They told me that it would only take 10 minutes. OK - so not much of a tune-up but its free. Probably just a little bit of lube. Went back today for another tune-up and they tell me that I have to leave the bike for a week. I told them that that was not going to happen but could they just give it a quick lube and I would be on my way. They were NOT happy. They checked the bike and told me I need a new chain and new brake pads. Told them thanks but I could do that simple repair myself - could they just lube the bike. Got it home - clearly no lube. I now have a flat (leaking) front tire and as you can see from the picture, I really did not need new brake pads. They still have half their life in them! I will never go there again and would not buy a bike from them. Follow up - nice try by insinuating that I was rude - which I was not. Still did not explain why the pads are barely worn but you wanted to change them out. Sad response.
