Purchased a new mountain bike from Fat Jimmy’s earlier this year. They were extremely helpful in choosing the right bike. There was a minor issue with one of the parts after a few months of use (not bike shop’s fault) but they processed the warranty quickly and went above and beyond to keep me riding while the warranty was processed. I had other service completed at this shop and the work is high quality at a fair price. Shout out to Connor for his knowledge and support with the bike!

Went into the store for the first time ever with little knowledge and no idea what I was looking for. We were greeted by an associate immediately (I didn't catch his name unfortunately). He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He recommended a bike for me but unfortunately, they didn't have the correct size on the floor/assembled. I was assured they could get the bike I needed by the next day. Sure enough I went back the following evening and they had everything ready to go for me. It was a quick easy transaction, and I was on my way. They've earned my future business!

Excellent service! Took our bikes right away and noticed the last bike shop put the tires on backwards. We will always bring our bikes here from now on! Thank you guys.

Thanks to Mike, he researched and helped me find cannondale bike to suit my needs. Thanks to Eric who helped load my bike up into car. Thanks to Jimmy for having a local bike shop with cycling experience and professionalism.

First time going to Fat Jimmy’s for a bike repair. They gave me a quote of approx. $125 to fix the bike and may take 2 weeks to complete. Also told me that might be more than the bike was worth, and if I was ok with that. In less than a week they called me to tell me the bike was ready and all my concerns were addressed. Also they informed the was bill was only $79 for the repairs. Their integrity and honesty are greatly appreciated. Nice doing business with them. Check them out.
