I contacted United Cycling to see if he could resolve a shifting issue with my bike. I was pleased with the updates about my bike throughout the entire repair process. United Cycling was very thorough & attentive at getting my bike back to me QUICKLY and in the BEST working order possible. United Cycling accomplished that and offered a window of satisfaction as well. My bike is working perfectly and I highly recommend giving United Cycling you bike business. Prices are great, turn-around time is quick, and Jeff is very knowledgeable at what he does. Thank you, Jeff for getting me back on the trails! 🚴‍♀️ 💯 % Pleased Customer!🌟

This place is a hidden gem, Jeff was very informative and the attention to detail was amazing. I got the Deluxe service and couldn't be happier. My bike looks brand new and rides like it is on rails. Thanks Jeff and Deanna for an amazing job. You are my go to shop now.

Jeff goes above and beyond with his customer care! Always giving information and ideas to help a biker out! And what even better it's not about the sale he could make but about what's best! That's rare!

Excellent experience. Had the brakes replaced and adjusted on 2 Lectric bikes. Great communication and quick service. Would highly recommend.
