Unfortunately, Mac seems to have sold his bike shop to new ownership several months ago and I was not impressed. They may be great for the eBike industry or if you are an avid road cyclist, but we came in for a kid's bike and were essentially rebuffed. "We really only carry those around Christmas, but have one or two leftover" was the initial response. After a few minutes of discussing bikes an apparent friend came in and the employee broke off our discussion mid-sentence to talk to him. Again, the reviews say this is a good place for eBikes and it seemed like they have a lot of them, but if you're looking for something mid-range for an 8-14-year-old (something better than Walmart), I would recommend someplace else. This is not the same place as when Mac owned it.

This is a great place to buy a great bike at a very reasonable price. David and John are both very knowledgeable and always very helpful. They do have an advantage of having a great product in the Adventon bike. I bought through them at the same price it would cost me from the manufacturer and they assembled it for me free of charge. They also assembled and mounted the accessories for me that I purchased. I love the bike and I'm very happy with the way it rides and everything about it. I purchased the Adventure1step over and I plan to purchase an Adventure1 step through for my wife.

I traveled for over an hour to the sole Nukeproof dealer in the area in hopes of finding a Scout 290. Upon my arrival, I discovered that the bike was only partially assembled. However, David and his team went above and beyond to complete the assembly process for me. They stayed beyond their closing time and even borrowed a small part from a display bike to ensure that my bike was ready to ride. Their dedication was truly remarkable! While FBC primarily specializes in boutique full suspension and electric bikes, they still made me feel valued as a customer, despite the fact that my hardtail bike was likely significantly cheaper than their typical offerings. Their willingness to go the extra mile and make sure my needs were met showcased their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Great shop overall! David spent plenty of time educating me on the e-bike brands they sell and support, pros and cons and let me ride a half dozen or so bikes even when he knew I was just getting my feet wet and not yet pulling the trigger. I came back two days later and did pull the trigger on an Aventon bike as I valued their help, long term support and overall wanted to support a great local bike shop. They match online pricing for the brands they sell so to me it’s a no brainer! Plus, they put the bike together and tune it so I can’t see any reason not to stop in. I came here for an ebike repair. I had a pretty bad wreck, then tried to fix it myself. Needless to say, it was in rough shape. They took PERFECT care of me. The brand that makes my bike can be very difficult to work with and they were nothing short of stellar in getting replacement parts, fixing my screw ups and keeping me informed. Not to mention the repair was far less expensive than anywhere else I could've taken it. I will not recommend any other shop to anyone.
