I brought my bike to the shop for maintenance. When I picked it up the next day, they told me they had decided at the last minute to do extra repairs after noticing something in my tires wasn’t quite perfect enough for me to leave with the bike. They were not only very kind and professional but also went the extra mile to ensure my bike left the shop in perfect condition.

Hubby & I have purchased cheap bikes at retailers and been really disappointed by quality and durability. Today we went to Frenchie’s and bought the most amazing bikes. Really stylish, comfortable, lightweight. Frenchie knows his stuff and delights in taking care of his customers. He picked out the perfect bicycles fit them perfectly, and selected helmets and got those all set up for us. I highly recommend this Veteran owned local business to anyone looking for quality and service.

As a Margate resident for over 25 years, Frenchies has always been the go-to for any of my bicycle repair needs. Wanting to get back on two wheels I recently bought two bicycles that were both over 10 years old and needed some love after sitting in a garage for some time. I brought them in same-day and had a great experience as always. Frenchie and his team are old school, top-notch, no frills and won’t sell you junk or recommend anything you don’t need. In just two days they got both bikes tuned up, new tires, new inner tubes, brakes, fixed a derailer issue on both and cleaned/greased all the parts. They ride like new - it really made all the difference. Also, ever since I went there as a kid they always have had a friendly Cockatoo bird that will greet you at the counter…pretty cool Haha. I recommend this business for life, Thank you guys!!

I took 2 bikes to Frenchies on Friday late afternoon that had been in storage for 10 months. This Bike shop had new tires and tubes and tune ups as well as cleaned by 12 on Saturday, no appointment, I just walked in! The cost of everything was discussed before I left the shop. Very pleased with the work done and the friendliness of the owner and his cockatoo Kelly!
