Came in to get a scooter repaired but I needed an invoice to give the insurance company. Mark said not a problem get it to you in a few days few weeks go by I call apparently he delegated it, oh well now here we are more then a month later I can't get him to return my calls let alone get an invoice...

Smart and helpful staff with a quick turnaround time. Next time my phone needs to be repaired I am taking it to G -Wheels Electric vehicles and phone repair. They had me saying gwiz they fixed it!

If I could give this place no stars, I would!! Equally, if the better business bureau could ever shut businesses down, this would be the first that comes to mind!!! While the gentleman the runs this place seems decent, the guys that work under him, are at best, questionable! One gentleman seems to be aloof and seems like he doesn't know the first thing about customer service!! Seems socially awkward and has NO business being in customer service!! On top of that, doesn't seem to know what he's doing and over charges. The other individual, half, extremely broken English, so you can't understand him and he tried to price gouge me on my electric scooter! This is given the scooter is fairly new (few months having the scooter) and only service needed to be done was a flat in the back tire! As of this review, been an entire calendar month since this business has had the scooter, and it's STILL not serviced!! I've finally given up and let them have the scooter and have tossed the charger. No need for me to have it given how long it's taken! DONT NOT GO TO THIS SERVICE if you have ANYTHING wrong with your scooter!!!!! Rather get a new one than get ANYTHING fixed at this place!!!!
