Just left and it was the best. We were welcomed and they gave off a good vibe. Best place to go to get your bike repaired. We were welcomed by the stores cat named voodoo it’s very friendly.

I love this store! Matt (owner) and Forrest (sales/service) really know their stuff. Helped me to pick the perfect bike for my teenage grandson. A few weeks later, he wiped out on his bike and messed up the gears. We brought it in and Matt and Forrest worked together to get it back in perfect working order. Their customer service is truly exceptional. If you are in the market for a bike, this is the place to go.

I really like these guys - Matt and Forrest in particular. I've received exceptional service on my bike 3 or 4 times and it's always been surprisingly reasonable. I walk out feeling like I owe them money.

Huge praise to Matt and Cedar Lee Bikes!! I went in to drop my bike off for a tuneup after not doing a tuneup last summer. First, they had an amazing turnaround time of a only a few days when I called to get details. When I brought it in the owner Matt looked over my bike and said I didn't need a tuneup because the bike was in great shape. It just needed a couple of minor fixes and he said he could do it on the spot if I wanted to wait. He was done in about 15 minutes and is cost $20 -- instead of the $79 tuneup cost. He easily could have taken my bike and done a $79 tuneup, but he was really looking out for me and not wasting my money. That's to be commended. I am grateful Cedar Lee Bikes moved to the area after Bike Boulevard/Century closed. Cedar Lee has a customer for life!

Bike underwent tuneup with specific instructions to tighten brakes and ensure tight handlebar connection to wheels but those weren't addressed. Unsafe. Had to bring bike back. Would urge customers to check their bikes properly after their tuneup is done.
