There are very few places around here where you can get bicycles repaired, so the options are limited, and they are aware of this. I have taken my bike to be repaired here three times. To be honest, I don't have much knowledge about bicycles, which is why I rely entirely on their expertise to diagnose any issues. However, after three months of not using the bike since the last repair, I realized today that the issue had not been addressed properly. I brought the bike in, thinking that, even though some time had passed (which really isn't that much), they could still offer assistance, especially considering that I am a frequent customer. I hoped that, as part of their customer service, they would acknowledge that the repair had not been done correctly. The gentleman working there, who I assume is the manager, has always been somewhat difficult to engage with and not particularly friendly. On this occasion, he treated me in a dismissive manner, questioning my honesty about not using the bike, which I found inappropriate. He asked a series of unnecessary questions that seemed designed to undermine my perspective, and I felt his behavior was not only unprofessional but borderline xenophobic, given his reaction to my accent. In the end, he forced me into a position where I felt mocked and almost coerced into writing this review. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. I simply went there to see if they would take responsibility for the work they had done, as it was hard to believe I had to bring the bike in so many times in such a short period, fully trusting they would handle the repairs properly. Unfortunately, the way I was treated was far from what I expected from a business that values customer care. I would not recommend bringing your bicycle here for repairs, especially due to the poor customer service. The attitude of the gentleman who assisted me was rude and unprofessional, and his response to the situation was inappropriate.

**5 Stars! Incredible Bike and Service** I recently purchased a Specialized Tarmac SL7 Sport from JB Bike Shop MB, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. This bike is an absolute dream to ride! It's incredibly responsive, efficient, and comfortable. The frame is stiff where it needs to be and compliant where it counts. The staff at JB Bike Shop MB were exceptional. Sam and Allison were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. They helped me find the perfect bike size and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. Additionally, I bought new shoes, pedals, bottle cages, and new gloves. They help me decide about the options. I highly recommend both the bike and the shop! Thanks again, Sam and Allison!

These guys are a scam and take advantage of people. They wanted to charge me $109 bucks to align my rotor with the break disk. I took it instead to Fly-e bike Miami and it took them a minute to fix and they did it for free. I’m never going near this bike shop again.

I found this store looking for a Yeti bike. I was attended by Sam, who showed me the ones he had in his store, but he listened to the model I specifically needed, advised me and sent it to bring it from Colorado. It was a fast delivery, they put it together perfectly and today I am super happy. Thanks JB Bike, I will definitely come back for anything I need. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Today I took my BMC to this Shop to replace a bad Botton Bracket! I resisted after reading negative posts most of them were rediculous, and unfair to these profesionals. I was greeted by a Nice lady, and by a gentleman. That, after Looking my bike and given the fair price for the labor since I had the new replacement. He point out 2 issues with my bike ( that I am aware of ) he was very profissional and new what was talking about! I thanked him, but today I need just the BB replacing ! The Job was done quick and very profesional ! In future I Will bring my bike to take Care of other issues at this shop. Thanks for helping and the Job well done ! I have Experience with bike show over in Europe and South América and know some Bicycle mechanicals enought to fix issues on the Road !
