There are other very friendly and great shops in the area (e.g. Northampton Bicycle) but Joe's is definitely the one I trust the most with my bikes. He helped my customize a sweet Parlee Chebacco that I absolutely love! Thanks for all the help!

we are not from this area and were just going to the bike trail near the shop. there was a problem with our bike rack. he stopped his work, came out to the car and fixed it on the spot. he did not allow any pay for his effort. this is almost unheard of these days. we highly recommend him.

We had a great experience at Joe's Garage. My daughter was visiting from out of town and had only a short time to get her bike repaired, and Joe kindly worked on it right away so she could catch her ferry back to the Vineyard. The next day, she brought in another bike (she had been gifted one while she was here) and Joe's assistant (Eric, I believe?) got right to work on fixing that one up so she was able to bring both bikes back in good condition. We were very appreciative of the speedy, quality service. Prices were reasonable and both men are knowledgeable and personable. We'll definitely be back!

Joe is the simply the best bike shop in the area. He has a deep knowledge of bikes and riders. I would trust my bikes to no one else.

Joe’s shop is great! Joe, Jonathan and J.D. are always well informed and super helpful. One of my sons took up bike racing last year and we kept seeing people in Joe’s Garage jerseys and hearing people talk about how awesome and supportive Joe is. We took the time to find his shop in Haydenville, MA and are so glad we did. Check him out for yourself, you will not be sorry. If you plan to go to any races do yourself a favor and pick-up one of Joe’s t-shirts. You will be amazed at how many people come up to you and say “Hey you know Joe, Cool!”
