I bought a new E bike today at Northampton bicycle shop. They answered all of my questions and helped me pick out any accessories that I wanted with my bike. Then they installed the items onto my bike. They took the time to explain everything how everything works. Like how to take the battery out of the bicycle. I plan to be taking my bike to the shop for any tuneups that I need on my bike. I would definitely recommend this bike shop for other people.

I went in a few weeks ago to have a cargo rack installed on my bike. They were extremely friendly and helpful, not to mention reasonably priced. Also I love the cocktail bar they have inside the store and host regular events there. Highly recommend this shop!

The best bike shop in the area—hands down! The service here is outstanding, and Paul and the rest of the team went above and beyond when upgrading my bike from SRAM mechanical shifting to AXS. From the start, they knew exactly which additional components were needed for a seamless upgrade and executed the work with incredible attention to detail and efficiency. Since I moved to the other side of the river a couple years ago, my friend mentioned Northampton Bicycle as the place where they go for all their biking needs. We went there together for my first time this past Spring and it was a great and informative experience fitting my new road bike. Ever since then, I've gone only to Northampton Bicycle for all my updated equipment and maintenance needs. The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgable, and will always direct you to the proper fit of what you're looking for. This is my go-to shop for bike repair, bike maintenance, or shopping accessories. They are always friendly and will help you get what you need. Bike repairs are quick turn around and prices are reasonable. Lots of other shops are run by people who look down on the casual cyclist. This shop is highly focused on customer service for any type of customer, no matter what type of riding you do or your own knowledge about bikes. They help everyone and anyone.
