This is an excellent shop. This small company has a good selection of their own e-bikes in stock (including a beautiful carbon fiber mid-motor). More importantly, they provide top-notch customer support, including a 3 year "bumper to bumper" warranty. If you can't get to them, and they can't get to you, they'll work with your local bike shop to get your warranty work done promptly if you ever need it. After extensive research into the best option for a foldable e-bike we decided on a Quadrini Mini Max (for many reasons). It was in stock and already assembled at the shop when we walked in. The components are all from established manufacturers like Tektro and Shimano. Our salesperson, Paris, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time going over the bike with us and answering our many questions. At 55 pounds with the battery, this was the lightest folding bike we found that met our performance, quality, and service requirements. (There are a couple of folding carbon fiber bikes out there, but they're pricey and had some things we didn't care for.) We walked out the door with our new bike, a carry case, a trunk bag, and a water bottle cage. Paris even gave us a discount and threw in the cage for free. Check out the Quadrini specs on their website and give them a call. They're very responsive. Finally, a note about the location: Google Maps sends you down the wrong street to their shop. The shop is actually located behind the Cumberland Farms, so enter through the Cumberland Farms parking lot.

This company is incredible. We purchased a bike from them last spring, and it is one of the best purchases I've ever made. Quadrini bikes are awesome. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Their partnership with UMass Five Credit Union helps people get these bikes with no interest loans. They care about the community, and are passionate about making it easier for people to get around out here in the valley and hilltowns without always needing to drive. It is really great to have a brick and mortar place to go when or if something goes wrong (and so far it hasn't). We love our Quadrini bike and want to get a different style to add to our collection next spring. These bikes would be good for all ages. Try them. You'll like them.

Awesome place to shop for a nice e-bike. I came here a few months ago and Paris was there to answer all my questions and I ended up getting a Nomad bicycle which I love. Plus having a folding bike is great since they are easier to store and transport!

I was able to rent an Ebike for a couple hours to try it out. The bike I rented was a well made mid drive model. I was impressed with the power of the 250W assist motor. The controls were super easy. I liked the step through frame. I rode about 20 miles and had some charge left. The staff was kind and helpful.

I began looking for an e bike about three months ago. Did lots of research, talked with friends who own them, and then started making phone calls. By far, the best response and personal service was at Quadrini in Florence, MA. I worked with an extraordinarily patient and knowledgeable employee, Paris, who answered my gazillion questions. I left that visit with the promise to return. In two days, I brought my husband in with me so he could help me decide between two bikes that I was looking at. After testing both on the bike path behind the store, I felt much safer and more secure on the mini max. Paris did everything he could to help with the height and bend of the handlebars, with a new seat, and with other tweaks that needed to be done. Since I am a “woman of a certain age“, I wanted a bike that would make sure that my knees stay strong. This bike is it! If you’re looking for an excellent product backed up by excellent service, then this is definitely the place to go! I also spoke on the phone with Bob, the owner, and he underscored my reasons for.choosing his store!
