Great bike shop. I stop in here all the time and the guys and gals here always take care of me and my random questions about specialty bike assembly challenges. They have provided quick turnaround for some tough mechanical jobs too. Highly recommend this shop!

Interesting to read the other positive reviews on this bike shop. Might be a difference in their target audience or customer but I went in for some suggestions on options for upgrades on my bike and the information provided by the mechanic was simply not accurate and inconsistent with that provided by the manufacturer to which they are an authorized dealer. Beyond that, when I questioned them, they were not only rude but dismissive. I have since found three other bike shops supporting accurate information consistent with Salsa. One of which isn't even a salsa dealer. Very disappointed but happy to know that my money will now go to a knowledgeable and friendly LBS.

Went in looking to purchase parts to support local. It didn't really seem like the gentleman we spoke to wanted to sell anything. He immediately wanted to refer us to someone else. We had a list of parts and everything. Wanted to buy some tools as well but decided we might as well just get it all online. I don't understand...leaving very confused and will not be back.
