Today I had my first experience with Landry’s. I made an online inquiry about a problem I was having with a bottom bracket on my e-bike. Greg responded quickly and said they could take a look. When I arrived with the bike today, Aaron the Service Manager stopped what he was doing, got me right in there to interrogate the problem and possible solution, which he was able to fix on the spot! Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The attention was much appreciated and they’ve certainly gained my business. With a great selection, service and staff like that, they’re doing it RIGHT. Thanks again Aaron for getting me back on the road ✊

The best bikes and cycling products at the best prices. But what makes Landry’s so special is all of the people. Every single person I worked with has always been professional, courteous, and a real pleasure. They have fantastic advice and keep in mind what you really need to get riding safely and happy. The time they spend with each person to make sure they’re satisfied and comfortable is outstanding. Consider me a customer for life.

I finally needed to replace my 30+ year old Specialized Hybrid. I worked with Drew, who was fantastic at helping me choose a Trek dual sport. Great experience from start to finish. I felt comfortable in this environment as a queer lady who does not have a stereotypical “cyclist build.” Can’t wait to return for my wife to purchase a new mountain bike!

Neil and Aaron were both great. I had purchased a bike from another shop and upon getting home saw that it had been set up poorly. Took it to these guys and they took care of me. I will make it a point that they get all our business in the future.

I was in the market for a new bike after years of not riding. I spent many hours researching some different options for the type of riding I’d like to do. I wanted to buy from a reputable bike shop to not only purchase the bike from but also one that could get me fitted up and rolling in the right direction. Although the Grafton street location didn’t have the bike I was looking for in my particular size on the Friday I stopped in, they said they would have it by Monday. Sure enough I was fitted up and taking it home Monday evening along with everything else I needed. Service was excellent from the time I walked in the door, throughout the fitting process and out the door. I was also told that if I felt that the bike needed tweaking in any way after I start riding it, to just bring it back in and they would take care of it. Nice to have that kind of service along with the quality of products right in the neighborhood. I would recommend Landry’s to anyone looking to purchase a bike and or cycling accessories.
