Really disappointing to learn a basic tune up would take 2 days to complete, even mentioning to be a paying club member. Seems you are too busy x my business. Thanks God there are still other cycling shops in Burbank.

Such a great helpful place. Got my inner tube replaced. Got the wire and housing to fix my gear shifter, super FAIR Prices too. Support your local bike shop.

Amazing store! What a bike shop should be. Although Mike was busy working on a bike, he was more than happy to hold a conversation with me about anything I had a question about. Very gracious staff and an amazing selection of bikes and accessories

Today, I had a great experience at Let's Ride with the owner Mike. He tuned up my mountain bike that was giving me shifting issues. Not only did he get it shifting much smoother, he also fielded my questions like a pro and I left today knowing more about how it worked. He also spent time talking with me about different hydration and "exercise food" products. Mike helped me understand what the different products were best used for and I left the shop better educated with a new to me product to try out. Great experience for me and what one wants from a local shop. Thanks.

Avoid this place at all costs! The owner is a bully and became belligerent to me and started cussing me when I mentioned to him he might want to consider changing his sales tactics due to the way he behaved. I went in to buy and/or order tires and the guy kept telling me he didn't know what I wanted. He kept telling me what I had said instead of guiding me to tire that would work. He had the whole "bike shop" attitude that is synonymous with bike shops. Totally pathetic. Be very careful if you go in this place. When I say belligerent he was out of control.
