I’ve been coming to Lititz Bike Works for years. I’m not a big biker, but when I do, I always get my bike tuned up for the season I bring it in and AOLA, check the tires, make sure it’s running straight and true. I like having a professional go over my ride. It’s nice to have some professionals at rock minutes to talk to about bikes.

Today we bought our second pair of bikes for me and my husband at Lititz Bike works. We ride our first bikes six years and had many happy miles of rail trail and street riding. Our old bikes still work and look great but as older riders with physical limitations and especially since my husband has developed back issues we knew it was time for a step through frame. Mark worked with us and helped us to pick out the perfect bikes to meet our needs. Great prices, classy looking and very comfortable! Thank you Lititz Bike works for years of great products and customer service!

I recently bought an Aventon Ramblas from Lititz Bike Works. I purchased the bike online by calling the shop and talking to Mark. He was exceptionally helpful and I got an amazing deal. He's the kicker, I live in Austin Texas! The team at the shop packed the bike with exceptional care! It arrived a few days later at my home safe and sound. Do yourself a favor and call these guys! And if you are looking for an awesome eMTB, I am loving the Ramblas! It is a joy to ride and amazing on the steep climbs and descents. PS: I am well over 60 and this thing lets me go everywhere again!

First time renting and riding e-bikes. Great place and great experience! Josh was great getting our rentals ready and giving us instructions! When we got back Mark was kind and informative about the different e-bikes available! Will be back again for sure!!! Highly recommend to visit!!

The team at Lititz Bike Works has been incredibly AMAZING in making sure my work commute flat tires are efficiently and promptly fixed. On top of that, the last time I was in I forgot to mention a brake issue but they were on it and fixed it without mention. GREAT service!!!
